How to Participate?
Cuba-Health 2025 is held in both in-person and virtual modalities. The latter modality is carried out with the services provided by the FEVEXPO platform, software developed by Desoft for the execution of virtual and hybrid events. In this section we offer you a guide on how to use the platform to obtain the greatest benefit.
1. Access the User Registration page from the Home page by clicking on Register
2. Fill in the requested data in the form starting with the Initial Data section.
The Initial Data section collects data relating to the user's personal information.
Registration mode *: Allows the user to select the participation mode: Representing a company, if participating on behalf of an entity, company or other type of institution, or In a personal capacity, if participating as a natural person.
Country of location *: Allows you to select the user's country of origin.
Currency * : Allows you to select the currency in which the user will make payments. The information displayed in this field is managed based on the country selected above.
Profile photo * : Allows you to upload your user image. Please note that your image is the first impression that other users of the platform will see of you.
First and last name * : Allows you to enter the user's first and last name. Please note that your name is your letter of introduction on the platform and will be used to identify you by the event organizer and participants.
Email * : Allows you to enter an email address. You must enter a valid address. This is used as the user's identifier on the platform and is the default means of communication used by the event organizers with you.
Mobile * : Allows you to enter a mobile number. The format to use is country code + phone number. Example: +5312345678.
Select one or more events to participate in: Allows you to select the event or events in which the user wishes to participate.
Participation type * : Allows you to select the type of participation the user will have in the event. This field is disabled if the event has not been previously selected.
Participation categories are segmented by each Event, some of them are:
Keynote Speaker (Personality invited by the organizer to present a conference)
Speaker (Participates by presenting a paper)
Delegate (Participates as an auditor at the Convention)
Exhibitor (They have a stand to display their products and/or services)
Ticket * : Allows you to select the ticket to participate in the event. Each ticket consists of the name + the price based on the selected currency. Example: In-Person Delegate ($750.00). The information displayed in this field is managed based on the type of participation and the previously selected currency.
Presentation Name * : Allows you to enter the name of the paper to be presented at the event. The field will only be displayed if the Type of Participation, Keynote Speaker or Presenter, was previously selected.
Presentation file * : Allows you to upload the file of the paper to be presented. The file to be uploaded must contain the format established by the selected event. The field will only be displayed if the Type of Participation, Keynote Speaker or Presenter, was previously selected.
Type of Presentation * : Allows the user to select the type of work that he or she wishes to present. The field will only be displayed if the Type of Participation, Keynote Speaker or Presenter, was previously selected.

In order to proceed to the next section of the form, all mandatory fields must be filled out correctly. Mandatory fields are identified with a red asterisk (*).
3.Fill in the requested data in the Institutional Data section.
The Institutional Data section contains data relating to the entity that the user represents.
Entity logo: Allows you to upload the corporate image of your institution or brand. Please note that this image is your company's cover letter on the platform.
Country of location *: Allows you to select the country in which the entity is located.
Type of institution *: Allows you to select the type of institution to which your entity or company belongs.
NIT Code * : Allows you to enter the NIT code of your entity or company. This field is displayed or not depending on the Country and Type of Institution selected previously.
REEUP Code * : Allows you to select the entity that the user represents. This field is displayed or not depending on the Country and Type of Institution selected previously.
To search and select your entity, you can do so by entering the last five digits of the REEUP code, if you know it, or by entering the name of your entity. As you type the data, a list will be generated with the records that match your search. Select the one that corresponds to your entity.

Name *: Allows you to enter or display the name of the entity.
If you completed the NIT Code field: You must type the name of your entity.
If you completed the REEUP Code field: The name of your entity should be displayed.
Economic sector * : Allows you to select the economic sector to which your entity corresponds.
Acronyms: Allows you to enter the abbreviation of the name of your entity.
Website: Allows you to enter the URL of your website. The format you should use is: protocol + domain. Example: http://www.cali-cuba.cu
Company Profile: Allows you to enter a brief text describing your entity.
Back: Allows you to return to the Initial Data section.
Next: This link is enabled depending on the Registration Mode and Participation Type selected to allow access to the second section of the form.
4. Fill in the requested information in the Select your Stand section (Only for Exhibitors).
In the Select your Stand section, the different stand designs that are available to the user who previously selected the Exhibitor Participation Type are displayed.
You must click on the design that fits your requirements.
Back: Allows you to return to the Initial Data section.
5. Register
Once all the mandatory information requested in the different sections has been completed, you must proceed to register.
I accept the terms and conditions: Select the checkbox. In order to complete your registration, you must indicate by selecting that you agree with the terms and conditions of the platform.
Registration: Allows you to register the information provided by you on the platform.
If your record was created successfully you will be shown the following confirmation message:
You have successfully registered. You will receive a confirmation email in a few minutes.
The confirmation email may take a few minutes. Please be patient.
The Organizing Committee will review your application and either approve or deny your participation. In both cases, you will be notified by email.
Each user approved by the Organizing Committee receives an email notifying them that their participation in the event has been approved and they must complete their registration on the platform.
1. Open the received email message.
2. Click on the link
A web page opens in the browser and displays the registration data that I entered in the registration request: Email and Your name.
4. Enter a Password and Confirm Password.
5. Access the link Confirm.
Done! You have completed your registration on the platform.You are in your user profile, where you can view and edit your personal information, and depending on the type of participation selected, the information about your entity and stand.
When the Organizing Committee indicates so, you will receive an invoice in your email, referring to the payment for the event. From that moment on, you must make your payment following the steps below:
1. Authenticate yourself on the platform (if you are not already).
3. Enter the Payments tab.
A line is displayed for each invoice generated for the user.
No: Consecutive of the invoices generated.
Date: Date on which the invoice was generated.
Amount: Total amount of the invoice.
Method: Payment method selected by the user to make the payment of the invoice.
Operation: Identifier of the invoice payment operation or transaction.
Status: Status of the invoice.
Action:: View the bill.
Opens a window with the available payment methods.
4. Select payment method.
You must select the payment method by which you will pay the invoice.
Payment method * : Allows you to select the payment method that the user wishes to use. When a method is selected, the data for making the payment is displayed.
The available payment methods are:
Transfermóvil: You must make a transfer to the account number shown for the amount of your invoice.
EnZona: You must make a transfer to the account number shown for the amount of your invoice.
Bank Transfer: The Bank, Account Number and Account Holder where the payment must be made are shown..
Gateway for foreigners: You must access the payment gateway link and make the payment.
Operation ID * : Allows you to enter the identifier of the operation or transaction performed.
6. Enter the operation number.
It is important to enter the transaction number generated by the payment method used to verify it. Otherwise, we will not be able to verify that you paid.
In the case of Transfermovil, you must register the Transaction Number that you received in the payment SMS.
In the case of EnZona, you must register the Operation Number carried out.
If you make a Bank Transfer, you must enter the transfer number.
After entering the Operation Number you must Save the Form to Register your payment.

3. Add a work
On the next page, click the ADD WORK button
A form is displayed where you must fill in the fields to add a new job:
Title: Title of the work.
Event: Select which event you will submit your work to.
Modality: Make a proposal for the modality of your work (This will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, which will define the final modality.
Sub-Event: Select a Sub-Event, within the main Event (Medical Tourism Convention or Fair). You can view the sub-events here: Sub-Event
Abstract: Enter a summary of your work of up to 500 words.
URL: If you have a presentation of your work, somewhere like Youtube, you can provide it here.
Save to create the job or Cancel to discard it.
4.Complete work Information:
When you access the list of registered jobs, edit your job to complete the information:
A form with different sections to fill out is displayed:
-General Data Section: You can update any previously registered information
-Authors Section: You must enter all the authors of the work so that they are displayed on the certificate. You must register them in order of priority, starting with the main one. You must provide: Order of priority, First and last name, Email
-Document/Presentation Section: You can attach your work document, summary, or your presentation in ppt or pdf.
-Images Section: You can attach images associated with your work or its topic.
-Program Info Section: You will obtain information about the schedule of your work in the event program, once updated by the Scientific Committee.
