The organizing committee of the II International Medical and Wellness Tourism Fair (FITSaludCuba) is pleased to invite you to participate in the II International Medical and Wellness Tourism Seminar, one of the main activities of FITSaludCuba, which will be held during the XVI edition of the "Health for All" Trade Fair, which will take place in Havana from April 21 to 24, 2025.

This event seeks to promote the development of the medical and wellness tourism industry focused on Cuba, fostering the exchange of knowledge and experiences between researchers, professionals, and entrepreneurs. Key topics in this sector will be addressed, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and global trends.

Date, time, and location of the seminar: Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Thursday, April 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the launching area of the FITSaludCuba stand in Pabexpo.

 Topics to be developed:

  2.Health Tourism management.
  3.Alliances for the development of Health Tourism.
  4.Global trends in the Health Tourism market.
  5.Sustainable Health Tourism.Health Tourism and addiction rehabilitation.
  6.Medical Tourism and insurance.Wellness Tourism.
  7.International marketing and electronic commerce.
  8.Others that contribute to the objective of the seminar.

Forms and modalities of participation:

I. In-Person
   1.Speaker invited by the Organizing Committee of FITSaludCuba.
   2.Panelist invited by the Scientific Committee of the Seminar.
  3.Speaker.This category includes authors of papers selected by the Scientific Committee of the Seminar to present their papers to the plenary.
  4.Participant with the right to speak before the plenary with brief questions and comments.

II. Virtual
  5. Speaker. This category includes authors of papers (recorded presentations or posters) selected by the Scientific Committee of the Seminar to be published on the virtual platform of the event.
 6. Participant with the right to intervene online through the chat room to ask questions and make brief comments.

All forms and modalities of participation will be accredited by the National Council of Scientific Societies of Health of the Republic of Cuba, through a diploma issued in digital format.

Submission of papers: To submit their papers to the Scientific Committee of the Seminar, participants must register on the virtual platform of the event (https://cubasalud.sld.cu/). The deadline for admission will be extended until February 28, 2025. The rules for the presentation and publication of papers will be the same as those of the International Convention "Cuba Salud 2025". Papers that meet the formal and quality admission requirements will be compiled and published as part of the Congress Proceedings, unless their authors request otherwise.
